The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers is an AFL-CIO/CLC trade union representing hundreds of thousands of workers in more than 200 industries with most of its membership in the United States and Canada. We began working with them in 2003 at a local Staff Conference in our home city of Cincinnati, OH. Since then we have produced over 20 large scale conferences in cities all over the United States and Canada.
